● "Ashiya City Disaster Prevention Information Map Online" (hereinafter referred to as "this site") is a website that users can access via their PCs or smart phones to view information on the areas in Ashiya City that are considered to be at risk from landslides, tsunamis, storm surges, river flooding, and surface water flooding.
• Browsers recommended for the Website are;

• It is possible that the actual hazardous locations may exceed anticipated locations as they have been anticipated under certain conditions.
• Maps and images displayed on the background of this website, as well as other map contents, comply with Google Maps’ terms of service. Map contents do not indicate the use of land or the boundary of the land.

＜Landslide Damage and Associated Information＞
• Landslide Hazardous Zone (known as Yellow Zone) is the zone designated by Hyogo Prefecture under the Act on Sediment Disaster Countermeasures for Sediment Disaster Prone Areas (known as Sediment Disaster Prevention Act) that there may be occurrences of harm to residents in case of cliff collapse or mudslide.
• In the Website, critical locations for cliff collapse and mountain disaster are the locations at risk of cliff collapse, landslide, mountainside failure that shown based on the result of investigation done by the Forestry Agency and Hyogo Prefecture.

＜Tsunami and Associated Information＞
• In the Website, information associated with probable Tsunami inundated area has been prepared by Hyogo Prefecture based on "Estimation of Nankai megathrust earthquakes damage (The second report)"(Cabinet Office publication on 29 August 2012) and terrain condition of coastal area reflected in original simulation

＜Information regarding storm surge＞
• Information regarding possible large scale storm surge inundation hazardous area on this website was created and published by Hyogo Prefecture in August 2019 in accordance with the revision of the Flood Control Act in May 2015.
• “Possible large scale storm surge” defines a storm surge that may occur once between every 500 and 4,000 years.
　*)Designated by the Flood Prevention Act on June 7, 2022.
•The "maximum possible storm surge" is defined by the following three conditions.
　① The central pressure is assumed to be that of the largest typhoon ever recorded in Japan, and that the typhoon will continue to maintain its strength.
　② Typhoon movement speed is assumed to be that of the Ise Bay typhoon (recorded in 1959, movement speed of 73 km/h).
　③ The typhoon passes through the path of maximum tidal deviation at the time of spring tide.

＜About the flood information service:＞
• "Assumed areas of floods and inundation" are designated by the Hyogo Prefecture Administration for each river. *) Those are the areas where overflowing of rivers is assumed if heavy rainfall meets the critical condition of 817 mm precipitation within 12 hours. For those areas, assumed extent and depth of inundation are designated.
• The "Assumed Maximum Rainfall" is considered as rainfall occurring with a probability of 1/1000 (0.1%) or less per year.
• This site does not take into account overflowing caused by storm surges and inland waters, so care has to be taken also in areas that are not colored in the map.
• The information provided on this website regarding "Assumed areas of floods and inundation" due to "Assumed Maximum Rainfall" was specified and officially announced by the Hyogo Prefecture Administration on August 30, 2019 in accordance with the revised Flood Control Act of May 2015.

<Information on surface water flooding＞
●The shown areas of expected inundation by surface water flooding indicate the extent and depth of inundation in the event of heavy rainfall at the assumed maximum level (147 mm per hour). This map was drafted and published by Ashiya City in March 2023 in accordance with the revision of the Flood Prevention Act in May 2015.
●This site does not take into account inundation by tsunami, storm surge, or river flooding, so please be careful even in areas that are not colored.

＜Other＞
●As the Disaster Prevention Information Map Online is updated periodically, when there is a change in information regarding facilities, it may take time for these changes to be reflected in the most up-to-date version. ＜土砂災害に関する情報＞
●土砂災害警戒区域（通称、イエローゾーン）は、「土砂災害警戒区域等における土砂災害防止対策の推進に関する法律」（通称、土砂災害防止法）に基づき、がけ地の崩壊や土石流が発生した場合に住民に危害が生じる恐れのある区域として兵庫県が指定する区域です。
●本サイトのがけ崩れ危険箇所、山地災害危険箇所は、がけ崩れや地すべり、山腹崩壊の危険性がある箇所として林野庁及び兵庫県が行った調査結果をもとに示しています。

＜津波に関する情報＞
●本サイトの津波浸水想定区域に関する情報は、「南海トラフ巨大地震の被害想定（第二次報告）」（平成24年8月29日内閣府公表）を踏まえ、兵庫県が沿岸部の地形条件等を反映させた独自のシミュレーションにより作成されたものです。

＜高潮に関する情報＞
●本サイトの想定し得る最大規模の高潮浸水想定区域に関する情報は、平成27年5月に水防法が改正されたことに伴い、兵庫県が令和元年８月に作成・公表したものです。
●「想定し得る最大規模の高潮」とは、500年から4000年に１回程度の発生確率の高潮条件です。
※令和4年6月7日に水防法に指定されました。
●「想定し得る最大規模の高潮」とは以降3つの条件です。
　①中心気圧がわが国既往最大の台風で勢力を保ち続けることを想定。
　②台風の移動速度は伊勢湾台風規模（1959年・移動速度73km/h）を想定。
　③大潮の満潮時に潮位偏差が最大となる経路を通過。

＜洪水に関する情報＞
●洪水浸水想定区域は、各河川（※）で想定される条件（12時間に817mm）での大雨が降った場合の河川氾濫時に想定される浸水の範囲と深さを兵庫県が指定した区域です。
●「想定最大規模降雨」とは、1年の間に発生する確率が1／1000（0.1％）以下の降雨です。
●本サイトでは、高潮や内水による氾濫等を考慮していませんので、着色されていない区域でも注意が必要です。
●本サイトの想定最大規模降雨による洪水浸水想定区域に関する情報は、平成27年5月に水防法が改正されたことに伴い、兵庫県が令和元年8月30日に指定・公表したものです。
※水防法の規定に基づく河川：芦屋川、夙川、宮川、堀切川

＜内水に関する情報＞
●内水浸水想定区域は、想定最大規模（1時間に147mm）での大雨が降った場合に想定される浸水の範囲と深さを表示したもので、平成27年5月に水防法が改正されたことに伴い、芦屋市が令和5年3月に作成・公表したものです。
●本サイトでは、津波や高潮、洪水による氾濫等を考慮していませんので、着色されていない区域でも注意が必要です。

＜その他＞
●Web版防災情報マップは定期的に更新しているため、施設情報が変わった際、最新の情報反映までに時間を要する場合があります。Web版防災情報マップに反映されていない情報については、市ホームページ「防災情報マップ」https://www.city.ashiya.lg.jp/bousai/map.htmlに記載しておりますのでご確認ください。
