Notice Regarding Unauthorized Access to the Multilingual Email Distribution System Provider/多言語メール配信システム事業者に対する不正アクセスに関するお知らせ

We have received a report that the service provider operating the City's multilingual email distribution system has experienced unauthorized external access.

We would like to inform you of the current situation regarding the impact on the City's multilingual email distribution function as of 10:00 a.m. on October 15, 2026.

この度、本市の多言語メール配信システムを運用する事業者において、外部からの不正アクセスを受けたとの報告がありました。

本市における多言語メール配信機能への影響について、現時点（令和8年10月15日10時現在）での状況をお知らせいたします。

1.Regarding Citizens' Personal Information/市民の皆様の個人情報について

It has been discovered that up to 700 records containing the following information may have been disclosed to external parties:

• Name
• Email address
• Language
• Email content (notices from the City only)

The extent of the impact of this potential data leak is currently under investigation. While no actual outflow of information has been confirmed at this time, we are issuing this warning as there is a risk that malicious emails, such as scams related to this incident, may be sent.

以下の情報最大約700件が、外部へ漏洩した可能性があることが判明しました。

• 氏名
• メールアドレス
• 言語
• メール本文（市からのお知らせのみ）

情報漏洩の影響範囲については現在調査中であり、現時点での情報の流出は確認されていませんが、本件に関連した詐欺等の悪意あるメールが送信される等のおそれがあるため、注意喚起を実施しました。

2. Impact on the Multilingual Email Distribution Function/多言語メール配信機能への影響について

Due to the unauthorized access, the email distribution service has been suspended (restoration date to be determined).

不正アクセスを受け、配信サービスを停止しています（復旧時期未定）。
