芦屋市では、『子ども・若者計画』（令和2～6年度）をつくり、すべての子ども・若者とその家族を支援するための事業を行っています。この度、次期計画(令和7～11年度)をつくるにあたり、計画の見直しに役立てるためアンケート調査を行っています。

調査ハガキが郵送で届いた方は是非、ご協力をお願いします。

回答の内容は、回答者が分からないように処理します。皆さんの日常生活の様子や考えていることをできるだけありのままにお答えください。

Ashiya City developed the "Children and Youth Plan" (FY2020-2024) to help children and young people to grow up healthy and safely, and to eliminate challenges children and young people face.

Ashiya City is conducting this survey to formulate a plan for children and young people in Ashiya City.
