This site allows you to look up through the Internet hazardous areas in the event of landslide, tsunami (caused by an earthquake) and storm surge (caused by a typhoon) respectively.
In this map you can see where you are and location of evacuation sites/temporary shelters.
The map is available in 4 languages (Japanese, English, Chinese and Korean).

This service sends out emergency information by email when an earthquake or tsunami occurs. A smartphone app has also been made.
